环丙沙星栓联合康妇消炎栓治疗细菌性宫颈阴道炎临床疗效分析

目的探讨环丙沙星联合康妇消炎栓治疗宫颈阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选择本院2007年2月~2010年3月宫颈阴道炎的患者69例,将患者随机分为两组:联合用药组(观察组)36例和单一用药组(对照组)33例。观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组与对照组痊愈率分别为55.6%和27.3%,两组比较具有明显差异(χ2=3.21,P<0.05);观察组与对照组有效率分别为97.2%和81.8%,两组比较具有明显差异(χ2=3.58,P<0.05)。所有患者均无明显的不良反应,观察组1例患者出现大便次数增多,1日3~5次,无脓血便,未经特殊治疗5天后恢复正常。结论环丙沙星联合康妇消炎栓治疗宫颈阴道炎的临床疗效及安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study of Ciprofloxacin suppository and Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository for bacterial cervical vaginitis

OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of Ciprofloxacin suppository and Kangfu Antiphlogistic Suppository for bacterial cervical vaginitis. METHODS From February 2007 to March 2010, the clinical data of 69 cases of bacterial cervical vaginitis treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, among which 36 cases underwent Ciprofloxacin suppository and Kangfu Antiphlogistic Suppository（Test Group）, 33 cases underwent Ciprofloxacin suppository（Control Group）. RESULTS Compared with the control group（27.3 % ）, the recovery rate in test group（55.6 96 ） had statistically significant difference （y2 = 3.21, P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group（81.8 96 ）, the effective rate in test group（97.2 % ） had statistically significant difference （x2 = 3.58, P 〈 0.05）. No obvious side effects were observed. CONCLUSION Ciprofloxacin suppository and Kangfu Antiphlogistic Suppository was a kind of safety and effectively methods for the treatment of bacterial cervical vaginitis.
