两种三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡疗效对比

目的:比较两种三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关性消化性溃疡(PU)的临床疗效。方法:将86例HP相关性PU患者随机分为枸橼酸铋钾组和泮托拉唑组,每组各43例,枸橼酸铋钾组先给予枸橼酸铋钾220mg+呋喃唑酮20mg+克拉霉素500 mg,2次/d,1周后继续单独给予枸橼酸铋钾220mg,1次/d,连续给药3周;泮托拉唑组给予泮托拉唑40mg+呋喃唑酮20mg+克拉霉素500mg,2次/d,1周后继续单独给予泮托拉唑40mg,1次/d,连续给药3周。停药4周后评价两组治疗效果。结果:泮托拉唑组Hp根除率为90.70%,枸橼酸铋钾组Hp根除率为88.37%;两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);泮托拉唑组临床总有效率为95.35%,显著高于枸橼酸铋钾组的69.77%(P<0.05)。结论:以泮托拉唑组成的三联给药方案对PU的治疗效果优于以枸橼酸铋钾组成的三联给药方案。

Comparison analysis of effect of two different triple therapy on HP relative peptic ulcer

Objective: To compare effect of two triple therapy on helicobacter pylori(HP) relative peptic ulcer(PU).Methods:A total of 86 cases with HP relative PU were randomly divided into fismuth potassium citrate group and pantoprazole group by half.Patients in fismuth potassium citrate group were treated by fismuth potassium citrate 220 mg+furaltadone 20 mg+clarithromycin 500 mg,twice per day,then fismuth potassium citrate 220 mg once a day after 1 week for 3 weeks;while patients in pantoprazole group were treated by pantoprazole 40 mg+ furaltadone 20 mg+clarithromycin 500 mg,twice per day,pantoprazole only 40 mg,once a d after 1 week for 3 weeks.Four weeks after drug withdraw,therapeutic effect was evaluated.Result:Hp eradicate rate was 90.70% in pantoprazole group,higher than fismuth potassium citrate group(88.37%),but without any significant difference(P>0.05) Total effective rate was 95.35% in pantoprazole group,significantly higher than fismuth potassium citrate group(69.77%,P< 0.05).Conclusions: Triple therapy with pantoprazole has more satisfactory effect on treating PU.
