自拟消脓汤组方联合抗菌素治疗细菌性肝脓肿临床分析

目的:探讨自拟消脓汤组方联合抗菌素治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床效果。方法:将我院临床确诊的100例细菌性肝脓肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组患者使用抗菌素,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加服自拟中药消脓汤,观察两组血常规、体温变化、腹痛、脓肿消失时间及患者的临床疗效等。结果:观察组血常规恢复正常时间及体温恢复正常时间均较对照组短,观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟消脓汤联合抗菌素治疗细菌性肝脓肿临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of eliminating pus decoction combined antibiotic for pyogenic liver abscess

Objective: To investigate the effects of self-composed eliminating pus decoction combining with antibiotic on pyogenic liver abscess.Methods:A total of 100 confirmed pyogenic liver abscess patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given antibiotics,while the observation group was also given self-composed eliminating pus decoction.Blood routine test,body temperature,abdominal pain,abscess disappearance time and the patient’s clinical efficacy were observed and compared.Results:The observation group showed shorter time to restore normal body temperature and normal routine blood test result,it also showed significant better curative effects than the control group(P all<0.05).Conclusion:Self-composed eliminating pus decoction combining with antibiotic is effective on pyogenic liver abscess,and it’s worth for application in large scale.
