非ST段抬高性心肌梗死的临床特征及其治疗方法研究

目的:探讨非ST段抬高性心肌梗死(NSTEAMI)的临床特征及其治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析本院2008年1月～2011年10月确诊的76例NSTEAMI患者的临床资料,随机分成观察组(38例)与对照组(38例)。对照组用常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上再给予盐酸替罗非班治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效以及心电图ST段、CK、CK-MB、cTnT变化情况。结果:观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者心电图ST段、CK、CK-MB、cTnT均有所改善,观察组比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:根据NSTEAMI患者临床特征选择盐酸替罗非班治疗,可以有效改善患者的梗死血管通畅,降低血清心肌损伤标记物,临床预后良好。

Clinical characteristics and treatment methods of non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatments of non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEAMI).Methods: Retrospectively analyzed clinical characteristics of the 76 cases of NSTEAMI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to October 2011,and 76 cases of patients whose clinical data have no significant differences were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=38) and treatment group(n=38).The control group was given conventional treatment only,but the treatment group was also given tirofiban hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy and the changes in ST segment,CK,CK-MB,cTnT in 2 groups was observed and compared after treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the ST segment,CK,CK-MB,cTnT were improved in both groups,but the changes in the treatment group was significant obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: According to the clinical characteristics,the use of tirofiban hydrochloride for the treatment of NSTEAMI patients can effectively improve patency in patients with infarction,reduce serum markers of myocardial injury,and improve clinical prognosis.
