奥曲肽治疗老年患者消化性溃疡并上消化道大出血疗效观察

目的:观察奥曲肽对老年患者消化性溃疡并上消化道大出血的治疗效果。方法:选取符合诊断标准的消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血老年患者70例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各35例,两组患者均给予抑酸、止血、补液对症支持治疗,观察组在此治疗基础上加用奥曲肽,观察两组治疗效果、总有效率以及1周内再出血情况。结果:奥曲肽治疗组总有效率97.14%,常规治疗组总有效率88.57%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。奥曲肽组1周内再出血率0.00%,常规治疗组1周内再出血率11.43%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥曲肽治疗老年患者消化道溃疡合并上消化道出血疗效显著,能降低再出血率,减少急诊手术以及消化道大出血死亡率,值得临床推广。

Effects of somatostatin analogues octreotide on peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in elderly patients

Objective: To observed effects of somatostatin analogues octreotide on peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in elderly patients.Methods: Select 70 cases that met the diagnostic criteria of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in elderly patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with agents to suppress acid,stop bleeding,supplement fluid and other supportive treatments,while the observation group was also given octreotide treatment.The treatment effects,total effective rate,and re-bleeding status were observed and compared.Results:The treatment group showed total effective rate of 97.14%(34/35),total effective rate of the control group was 88.57%(31/35) showing significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Re-bleeding within a week of the observation group was 0(0%),while that of the control group was 11.43%(4/35),showing significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Octretide peptide is effective on peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in elderly patients and is worth for application in large scale.
