| 摘 要： | 目的 建立测定唇齿清胃丸中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent Zorbax XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.01%磷酸(40∶60);流速:1.0mL·min-1;紫外检测波长:280nm.结果 黄芩苷线性范围为0.1003～1.003μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(均为r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.6%(n=9),RSD=1.1%.结论 本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Baicalin in Chunehiqingwei pills by I-tPLC.METHODS A Zobax XDB-C18 column was used.The mobile phase was Methanol-0.01% phosphoric acid（40： 60） and the detection wavelength was 280nm.RESULTS The linear range for emodin and Chrysophanol was 0.1003 -- 1.003μg （ r = 0. 9999 ）, the average recovery was 99.6 96 （ n = 9 ）, RSD = 1.1% .CONCLUSION The method used for the determination of Baicalin in Chun Chiqingwei pill is simple, timesaving and accurate. |
