依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效观察

目的:探讨依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变的患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例,均给予常规糖尿病综合治疗,观察组在此基础上加用依帕司他治疗,连用8周。评价治疗后患者双侧正中神经、尺神经、腓神经、胫后神经感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)。结果:两组患者治疗前SNCV比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后SNCV均有不同程度的改善,观察组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:给予糖尿病周围神经病变患者依帕司他治疗,可明显改善患者的神经传导速度,减轻临床症状,且患者对其耐受性好,毒副作用小,安全性高,疗效确切。

Clinical effects of epalrestat on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective: To study the clinical effects of epalrestat on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Eighty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(40 cases).The patients of control group were given diabetes conventional treatments only,but the patients of observation group were also given epalrestat for consecutive 8 weeks.Then the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) of median nerve,ulnar nerve,nervus peronaeus,and posterior tibial nerve were evaluated after 8 weeks.Results:No significant difference in SNCV was found between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment SNCV was improved in both groups,significantly obviuos in the observation than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Epalrestat can significantly improve the SNCV and alleviate clinical symptoms for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,it’s well tolerated,safe and effective.
