儿童支原体肺炎与其肺外并发症的关系

目的:探讨儿童支原体肺炎与其肺外并发症的关系。方法:对2008年3月～4月收治的189例支气管肺炎患儿进行采用酶联免疫吸附试验(EIISA)检测,其中肺炎支原体测定为阳性的69例患儿设为观察组,阴性的120例患儿设为对照组,对比两组患者肺外并发症发生情况。结果:观察组浆膜腔积液、血小板减少发生率均高于对照组(均P<0.05),肾损害、关节损害、脑损害两组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:支原体感染可引发肺外多器官的损害,且与机体免疫功能有关,应合理使用抗生素治疗。

Relationship between mycoplasma pneumonia in children and extra-pulmonary complications

Objective:To discuss the relationship between mycoplasma pneumonia in children and extra-pulmonary complications.Methods:One hundred and eighty-nine(189) children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2008 to April 2008 were selected,and tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(EIISA).Sixty nine children with positive mycoplasma pneumoniae were assigned as observation group and 120 with negative result as control group.The occurrences of extra-pulmonary complications in both groups were observed and compared.Results:Patients in observation group had a higher incidence of serous membrane fluid and thrombocytopenia than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No statistical difference was observed between two groups in renal,joint and brain injuries(P>0.05).Conclusions: Mycoplasma infection can cause damage to several organs.And it is related with organism immune functions,and should be appropriately treated with antibiotics.
