双黄安神颗粒质量标准研究

摘    要:目的 建立双黄安神颗粒的质量标准.方法 对方中大黄建立TLC鉴别,用高效液相色谱法对盐酸麻黄碱进行测定.结果 盐酸麻黄碱在27.264~272.64ng范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.8%.结论 该法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可以控制双黄安神颗粒的质量.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Shuanghuang Anshen Granules.METHODS TLC was used to identify Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.The content of Ephedrine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The linear range of Ephedrine hydrochloride was 27.264~272.64ng.The average recovery was 98.8%.CONCLUSION The method is simple.the result is accurate and the reproducibility is good and can be used as the quality control of Shuanghuang Anshen Granules.
