| 摘 要： | 目的:研究眼眶海绵状血管瘤的CT表现,特别是CT动态增强扫描在海绵状血管瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:经手术病理证实的海绵状血管瘤12例,常规行CT平扫和动态增强扫描。结果:12例肿瘤中10例显示不均匀渐进性强化,2例肿瘤直径小于1.5cm,显示均匀强化。结论:渐进性强化是眼眶海绵状血管瘤的特点,CT动态增强扫描有助于诊断海绵状血管瘤。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore application of enhanced dynamic CT scanning in diagnosis of orbital cavernous hemangioma.Methods:A total of 12 cases with confirmed orbital cavernous hemangioma by surgerical pathological analysis were selected.All had conventional CT scanning and enhanced dynamic CT.Results:The result of enhanced dynamic CT showed progressive enhancement in 10 cases and homogeneous enhancement in 2 cases,who had tumor of diameter less than 1.5 cm.Conclusions:Enhanced dynamic CT is helpful in diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma,which is characterized as progressive enhancement. |
