| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人性化护理在门诊胆囊炎手术围术期中的应用效果。方法:将我院2009年1月～2011年5月门诊收治的120例急性胆囊炎的患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用人性化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组麻醉前的心率、血压显著优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组的并发症发生率、术后引流时间、住院时间及满意率均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:人性化护理有利于提高门诊胆囊炎手术的护理质量,确保手术的安全性,提高患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect humanized nursing on nursing for cholecystitls patients during perioperative period.Methods:A total of 120 cases with cholecystitis in our hospital admitted from January 2009 to May 2011 were divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group had routine care,while patients in the observation group had humanized nursing on the bases of routine care.The efficacy was observed and compared.Results:the status of heart rate,blood pressure before anesthesia in observation group were significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05);length of stay,incidence of complications,postoperative drainage time and satisfaction rate in the observation group were also significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusions:Humanized nursing can improve the quality of surgery nursing,improve the safety and satisfaction level of patients. |
