经尿道电切术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生患者的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生患者的可行性及临床疗效。方法:入选2007年1月~2010年1月在我院泌尿外科住院良性前列腺增生患者157例,所有患者均采用经尿道前列腺电切术,比较术前、术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOLS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估、最大尿流率(Qmax)和剩余尿量(PVR)。结果:患者术后IPSS、QOLS、SAS和SDS评分均较术前显著降低,差异有统计学意义。患者术后Qmax显著高于术前;而PVR术后显著低于术前,差异均具有统计学意义。患者术后焦虑和抑郁发生率分别显著低于术前,差异有统计学意义。结论:经尿道前列腺电切术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生患者是可行的,安全可靠,并且可以显著改善患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effects and feasibility of transurethral resection of prostate in elderly and high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 157 elderly and high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia that admitted to the Urology Department of our hospital during July 2008 and December 2010 and underwent transurethral resection of prostate surgery were enrolled in this study,and IPSS,QOLS,SAS,SDS scores,Qmax and PVR were compared before and after operation.Results:After surgery,IPSS,QOLS,SAS,SDS scores were significant lower than that before the surgery,Qmax was significant higher but PVR was lower after undergoing the surgery.Incidence of anxiety and depression was significant lower than that before surgery.Conclusions:Transurethral resection of prostate is feasible and safe in elderly and high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
