摘    要:目的 建立对复方甘草颗粒中甘草酸的含量测定方法.方法 高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:ZORBAX XDB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温25℃;流动相为甲醇- 0.2mol·L-1醋酸胺溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1);流速0.8mL·min-1;检测波长:250nm.结果 甘草酸在0.19~1.88μg范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=9.10×105X-8.75×103(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.50%,RS D=1.35%(n=5).结论 本法稳定可靠、简便、快速、重现性好.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE An HPLC method was developed for the determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Granulae Glycyrrhizae Compositae.METHODS The analysis was carried on a column of ZORBAX XDB-Cta(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) at 25℃ ; The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.2mol·L- 1 ammonium acetate solutionacetic acid glacial (67 : 33 : 1 ) .The flow rate was 0.8mL · min-1 .The detection wavelength was at 250nm. RESULTS A good linearity can be found with in the range of 0.19-- 1.88μg. The average recovery rate was 98.50 % (r = 0.9999), RSD = 1.35 96 (n = 5) for determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Granulae Glycyrrhizae Compositae. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, and reproducible for determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Granulae Glycyrrhizae Compositae.
