| 摘 要： | 目的观察个体化心理辅导结合路优泰治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法将64例患者随机分为2组，对照组给予路优泰片口服治疗，治疗组在口服路优泰的基础上结合心理护理，并于治疗前、治疗3周后、治疗9周后、停止治疗3周后对两组病例分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分。结果治疗组HAMD评分均优于对照组，且在停止治疗3周后无反复。结论个体化心理辅导结合路优泰治疗卒中后抑郁能更好地改善患者抑郁状态，促进神经功能恢复，且应用依从性好。
