阿立哌唑与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者社会功能和生活质量的影响

目的探讨阿立哌唑与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者社会功能和生活质量的影响。方法将84例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组42名，研究组口服阿立哌唑治疗，对照组口服氯丙嗪治疗，观察8周。于治疗前及治疗8周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表、社会功能缺陷量表和生活质量综合评定问卷-74评定两组患者的精神症状、社会功能和生活质量。结果治疗8周末两组阳性与阴性症状量表、社会功能缺陷量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．05）；同期两组间比较，治疗前两组评分差异均无显著性（P〉0．05），治疗8周末，两组阳性与阴性症状量表评分差异无显著性（P〉0．05），研究组社会功能缺陷量表评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．01），生活质量综合评定问卷-74躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能维度评分显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论阿立哌唑与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症疗效相当，阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者社会功能和生活质量的改善更明显。

The impact of aripiprazole and chlorpromazine on social function and quality of life in schizophrenia patients

Objective To explore the impact of aripiprazole and chlorpromazine on social function and qual- ity of life in schizophrenia patients. Methods Eighty-four schizophrenics were randomly assigned to two groups of 42 ones each, research group took orally aripiprazole and controls did chlorpromazine for 8 weeks. Mental symptoms were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS）, social functions with the Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS） and quality of life with the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 （GQOLI-74） at baseline and at the end of the 8th week. Results At the end of the 8th week the PANSS and SDSS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0. 05） ; there were no significant group differences in pretreatment scores （P〉0.05） ; at the end of the 8th week, there were no significant group differences in the PANSS score （P〉0. 05）, the SDSS score was significantly lower （P〈0.01） and physical, psychological and social function of the GQOLI-74 higher （P〈0.01） in research than in control group. Conclusion Aripiprazole and chlorpromazine have an equiva- lent effect in the treatment of schizophrenia. Aripiprazole improves social function and quality of life in schizophrenia obviously.
