| 摘 要： | 目的 为腹腔镜活体取肾术提供解剖学依据,同时也为人体体质学积累资料.方法 模拟腹腔镜活体取肾术,对30例成人防腐尸体左右肾蒂的长度、左右肾蒂内侧端、外侧端、中1/2处的外径及其结构、左右肾蒂的长轴与腹主动脉、下腔静脉的长轴的下夹角进行了观测.结果 左右肾蒂的长度平均分别为44.3、20.1 mm,左肾蒂内侧端、外侧端、中1/2处的外径平均分别为23.2、25.7、20.4 mm,右肾蒂内侧端、外侧端、中1/2处的外径平均分别为 16.7、22.9、15.6 mm,左右肾蒂长轴与腹主动脉、下腔静脉长轴的下夹角平均分别为68.5°、80.7°.结论 明确肾蒂内的血管位置关系更有利于腹腔镜取肾术的开展.

| Abstract: | Objective To provide anatomic basis of the operation of taking live kidney by pentoneo scopy.Methods The length of left and right renal pedicle,and the height of interior tip of left and right renal pedicle,and of outside tip of its,and of media tip of its were observed on 30 adults.Results The length of left renal pedicle is 44.3mm,and right is 20.1mm.the height of interior tip of left is 23.2mm,and right is 16.7mm.the height of outside tip of left is 25.7mm,and right is 22.9mm.the height of media tip of left is 20.4mm and right is 15.6mm.Conclusion It is very important to master construction of renal pedicle for clinical doctor. |
