高尿酸血症与冠状动脉病变关系的探讨

摘    要:目的了解高尿酸血症与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法经冠状动脉造影证实的连续冠心病患者316例(冠心病组)和同期选择经冠状动脉造影排除的非冠心病者112例(对照组)。冠心病组患者根据冠状动脉病变严重程度分成单支病变组、双支病变组和三支病变组三个亚组,分别测定各组血尿酸、血糖和血脂水平。详细记录各组患者血压、吸烟史、糖尿病和高血压史。结果①冠心病组高尿酸血症检出率显著高于非冠心病组(P<0.05)。②冠心病组血尿酸水平显著高于非冠心病组(P<0.05)。③双支和三支病变组均显著高于单支病变组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。④Logistic回归分析表明,冠心病的发病与血尿酸浓度无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论血尿酸水平高低可以作为冠状动脉病变严重程度的标志,但不是冠心病发病的独立危险因素。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to understanding relation coronary artery pathological changes with hyperuricemia. Methods Get through the continuous with coronary angiographic findings to confirm 316 examples with coronary heart disease (CHD group), the same period choice with coronary angiographic findings to expel 112 example with not coronary heart disease (NCHD group).According to the serious degree of coronary artery pathological changes, CHD group be divided into single pathological changes group, double pathological changes group and three pathological changes group.Measurement serum uric acid, blood glucose and blood serum lipid concentration,detailed of record blood pressure, smoke cigarette history, diabetes , hypertension history in each group. Results (1)Male rate of hyperuricemia in CHD group was markedly higher than NCHD group(P<0.05=. (2)Serum uric acid concentration in CHD group was markedly higher than NCHD group(P<0.05=.(3)Serum uric acid concentration in double and three pathological changes group all was markedly higher than single pathological changes group(P<0.05,P<0.01=. (4)Logistic analysis to express, fall ill of coronary heart disease with serum uric acid concentration have no to show markedly relativity(P>0.05). Conclusion Serum uric acid concentration can be used as coronary artery pathological changes that the marking of the serious degree, but is not independent risk factors of fall ill of coronary heart disease.
