经皮冠状动脉介入联合主动脉球囊反搏的护理

目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）联合主动脉球囊反搏术（IABP）治疗急性心肌梗死（AMI）合并心源性休克的护理。方法急性心肌梗死（AMI）合并心源性休克患者56例,所有患者在24h内均使用经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）联合主动脉球囊反搏术（IABP）治疗,通过加强护理及监护,降低病死率。结果经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）联合主动脉球囊反搏术（IABP）治疗急性心肌梗死（AMI）合并心源性休克,可提高PCI成功率,减少并发症,降低手术风险。56例患者中,54例患者抢救成功,成功率96%。结论 PCI联合IABP对治疗心肌梗死合并心源性休克有较好的疗效,护理中要求护理人员熟练掌握PCI的护理配合和IABP的工作原理及机械操作,确保PCI及IABP有效、安全实施,加强病情观察,防止并发症的发生和发展,可有效提高手术治疗的成功率,降低病死率。

Nursing of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention and Intra-aortic Balloon Pumping

Objective To evaluate nursing new development of percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）and intra-aortic balloon pumping（IABP）treatment of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）complicated with cardiogenic shock in.Methods 56 patients admitted to our hospital with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）complicated with cardiogenic shock from 2007 to 2009,all patients in the 24 h in both the use of percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）and intra-aortic balloon pumping（IABP）treatment,by strengthening the care and custody,to reduce mortality.Results Percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）and intra-aortic balloon pumping（IABP）treatment of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）complicated with cardiogenic shock,PCI can improve the success rate and reduce complications and reduce surgical risk.54 patients were successfully rescued,the success rate of 96%.Conclusion PCI combined IABP for treatment of myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock had a good effect,which called for nurses skilled nursing care with the PCI and IABP works and mechanical operation,ensure that the PCI and IABP effective,safe,the strengthening of illness observation to prevent the occurrence and development of complications should be realized,which can effectively improve the quality of care and surgical treatment success rate and reduce mortality.
