摘    要:目的 研究判定宫颈癌患者预后的分子生物学指标。方法 通过免疫组织化学方法 观察人错配修复基因2(hMSH2)、细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)在宫颈鳞癌、腺癌组织中的表达。结果 在宫颈癌组织中hMSHz、Ki-67阳性表达率高于正常宫颈组织(均P〈0.01);hMSH2高表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移、癌细胞分化程度密切相关(均P〈0.05);hM-SH2表达阳性者Ki-67表达强度明显高于hMSH2表达阴性者(P〈0.05)。结论 hMSH2、Ki-67可能参与宫颈癌的发生、发展及转移过程,hMSH2在宫颈癌中的过表达与细胞增殖密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the molecular biological criterion evaluating the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer.Methods The expression of hMSH_2 and Ki-67 was detected in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma by using immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression of hMSH_2 and Ki-67 in cancer cells was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Overexpression of hMSH_2 in cervical carcinoma was related to lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree(P<0.05).The expression of Ki-67 was significantly higher in the hMSH_2-positive tumors than in the negative ones(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of hMSH_2 and Ki-67 might play an important role in carcingensis,development and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.Its overexpression is also closely related with tumor cell proliferation.
