咪达唑仑用于新生儿机械通气镇静的疗效观察

目的比较咪达唑仑与鲁米那和(或)地西泮在新生儿机械通气治疗中的镇静效果。方法将2005年1月至2006年12月机械通气治疗中应用鲁米那和(或)地西泮的新生儿20例(对照组)与2007年1月至2008年12月应用咪达唑仑的新生儿25例(治疗组)进行对比,比较两组的镇静效果、脱机时间。结果治疗组25例达理想镇静22例(88%),非理想镇静3例(12%),对照组20例达理想镇静12例(60%),非理想镇静8例(40%),差异有显著性。治疗组脱机时间(80.2±32.3)h,对照组脱机时间(103.5±16.9)h,差异有显著性。治疗组无明显不良反应。结论在新生儿机械通气过程中应用咪达唑仑1～5μg/(kg.h)持续微量输液泵静脉滴注,与鲁米那和(或)地西泮相比,咪达唑仑具有镇静效果好、脱机时间短、停药后苏醒快的优点。

Observation on the Calm Curative Effect of Midazolam Applied in Newborn Baby's Mechanical Ventilation

Objective This essay aims at comparing calm curative effect of Midazolam and Lumina and （or） Valium both applied in newborn baby＇s mechanical ventilation. Methods A case study is carried out in two groups. The contrast group is constituted with 20 subjects which were applied with Lumina and（or） Valium in mechanical ventilation in 2005 and 2006. The cure group is constituted with 25 subjects which were applied with Midazolam in 2007 and 2008. Results The study shows 22 subjects （ 88% ） achieved ideal calmness and 3 （ 12% ）exceptions in the cure group. While only 12 subjects（60% ）achieved ideal effects and 8（40% ）didn＇t achieve effective calmness in the contrast group. The difference is evident. Off-line time in cure group（80.2 ±32.3 ）h and in contrast group （103. 5 ±16. 9 ）h. The difference is evident. No obvious bad effect found in cure group. Conclusion Compared with Lumina and（or）Valium,it is concluded that in newborn baby＇s mechanical ventilation,Midazolam 1 -5μg/（kg·h）sustainable minim infusion pump vein drop has outstanding features like better calm curative effect, short off-line time and sooner recovering after medicine stop.
