摘    要:目的 分析立体定向放射外科(SRS)诱导放射性脑水肿的危险因素。方法 回顾性分析接受X刀治疗且有完整影像学随访资料的病人67例,分成两组:水肿组(22例)、对照组(47例),采用单因素分析(χ^2或Wilcoxon秩和检验)和logistic回归分析方法分析年龄、性别、肿瘤体积、最大剂量、边缘剂量、肿瘤位置、靶点数目、10Gy剂量覆盖的体积及随访时间对治疗后脑水肿的影响。结果 单因素分析提示肿瘤体

Abstract:Objective To probe the relative important risk factors in SRS-induced brain edema. Methods 67 cases treated with LINAC radiosurgery who have complete imaging follow-up date were divided into 2 groups:edema and nonedema group.Single factor(Chi sqaure or Wilcoxon rank sum test) and Logistic analysis were used to analyse the role of age,sex,the volume of tumor,the volume covered by 10 Gy isodose line,peripheral dose, maximal dose,and the following time in SRS-induced brain edema.Results\ Single factor analysis indicated that there was great difference in such parameters as the volume of tumor,the volume covered by 10Gy isodose line and maximal dose between edema and nonedema group,while Logistic analysis demonstrated that peripheral dose( OR =1.73)had the greatest contribution to the brain edema,followed by the volume of tumor( OR =1.11). Conclusion Among various factors,peripheral radiation dose and the volume of tumor are relatively the two important risk factors.
