摘    要:目的:探讨3.0T磁共振多体素氢质子波谱成像在脑胶质瘤分级诊断中的价值。方法:对经病理证实的低级别胶质瘤20例,高级别胶质瘤13例,行磁共振成像及多体素氢质子波谱成像,观察各种代谢物的浓度及Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA比值。结果:(1)肿瘤实质区Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA值及瘤周水肿区Cho/Cr值:低级别胶质瘤与高级别胶质瘤间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)瘤周水肿区Cho/NAA值:两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)高级别胶质瘤10例和低级别胶质瘤2例内可见Lip峰。结论:氢质子波谱成像术可用于胶质瘤的分级诊断。

A Study of Multi-voxel Proton MR Spectroscopy in Brain Gliomas on 3.0T MRI
Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the value of 1H-MRS of 3.0T MRI in grading brain gliomas. Methods: The conventional MR imaging and multivoxel 1H-MRS were performed in 20 cases of low-grade gliomas and 18 cases of high-grade gliomas. All cases were histologically proved by operation. The density of metabolin and the Cho/Cr, Cho/NAA value were observed. Results:(1) The Cho/ Cr, Cho/NAA value in tumor parenchyma and the Cho/Cr value in peritumoral edema: There were significant differences between low-grade gliomas and high-grade gliomas(P<0.05). (2)The Cho/NAA value in peritumoral edema: There were no significant differences between the two groups.(3) In 10 cases of high-grade gliomas and 2 cases of low-grade gliomas there appeared Lip peak. Conclusion: 1H-MRS can be used in grading gliomas。
