冬病夏治止咳贴贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘40例

目的 观察冬病夏治止咳贴贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效.方法 80例患儿随机分成两组.治疗组40例在常规治疗的基础上配合中药穴位贴敷,对照组40例给予常规药物治疗.结 果治疗组40例,治愈12例,显效15例,好转9例,总有效率为90. 0％;对照组40例,治愈7例,显效11例,好转13例,总有效率为77.5％.患儿总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,P＜0.05,有显著差异.结论 止咳贴贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘有显著疗效,可以改善临床症状,控制病情发展.

Children Cough Variant Asthma Treated by Zhike Paste for Treating Winter Diseases in Summer for 40 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of children cough variant asthma by zhike paste （paste for stopping cougha） for treating winter diseases in summer. Methods The 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 40 cases in the treatment group were administrated by zhike paste and conventional medical treatment. 40 cases in the control group was given conventional medical treatment.Results In the treatment group, the symptoms of 12 cases were disappeared, thoses of 15 cases got remarkable effect, 9 cases were effective, with a total effective rate of 90.0%; In the control group, the symptoms of 7 cases were disappeared, thoses of 11 cases got remarkable effect, 13 cases were effective, with a total effective rate of 77.5%. The difference between two groups was significant （P〈0.05） , The treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion Zhike paste was obvious curative effect for children cough variant asthma, it could improve clinical symptoms and controlled development direction of disease.
