穴位按摩联合肢体功能锻炼对预防髋关节置换术后下肢肌肉萎缩影响的研究

摘    要:目的观察穴位按摩联合肢体功能锻炼对预防髋关节术后下肢肌肉萎缩的效果。方法将78例髋关节术后的患者随机分为两组,对照组按术后常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上,实行穴位按摩联合患肢功能锻炼,观察并记录术前、术后1周、2周、3周、4周及2个月患肢大腿周径。结果两组患者的肌肉萎缩统计数据比较(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论穴位按摩联合肢体功能锻炼对预防髋关节术后下肢肌肉萎缩效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture point massage combined with limb function exercise on the prevention of lower limb muscle atrophy after hip arthroplasty. Methods 78 patients after hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing after the operation, while the experimental group performed the acupuncture point massage combined with limb functional exercise on the basis of routine care, Observed and recorded the circumference of the wounded limb thigh before operation, after 1 weeks, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks and 2 months. Results Compared the statistical data of two groups of patients with muscle atrophy (P&lt;0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture point massage combined with limb function exercise on the prevention of the lower limb atrophy after hip arthroplasty is obvious, so it is worthy of clinical application.
