摘    要:目的:评价中医外治法治疗强直性脊柱关节炎(AS)疗效。方法:将40例2009~2011年符合纽约1984年诊断标准的患者随机分为两组,各20例。观察组在对照组的基础上加用毫针刺法+铺灸疗法;对照组采用常规疗法。10次1疗程,3个疗程后对疗效进行综合评判。结果:观察组临床缓解率、症状缓解率、总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:毫针+铺灸疗法综合治疗可明显改善AS患者的临床症候群,减轻痛苦,阻断或减缓骨化过程。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of External Therapies of TCM on patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS). Methods From 2009 to 2011, Forty cases of AS accord with New York diagnostic criteria (1984)were randomly divided into two groups. Patients received conventional therapy (control group, n=20) or Filiform needle plus Spread moxibustion therapy on the base of in the control group (treatment group, n=20). 10 times as one course of treatment. Comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy were conducted after 3 courses.Results The proporation of Clinical remission rate, Symptoms relieve rate and overall response rate were greater among patients in the treatment group compared with those in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion In this population of patients with AS, combined therapy(Filiform needle plus Spread moxibustion therapy) was significantly more effective than conventional therapy only in improving the signs and symptoms of AS, relieves the pain, even blocking or delaying ossification process.
