异痛消对于子宫内膜异位症患者抗子宫内膜抗体、CA125表达的影响

目的 探讨异痛消对子宫内膜异位症患者血清抗子宫内膜抗体（EMAB）及血清CA125水平的影响.方法 将2009年5月至2011年3月门诊及病房患者150例随机分为治疗组和中药对照组,选取非子宫内膜异位症的育龄期妇女30例为空白组,给药三个月后查血清抗子宫内膜抗体（EMAB）及血清CA125水平发现中药对照组与治疗组均有明显降低内异症患者血清抗子宫内膜抗体（EMAB）及血清CA125水平,治疗组较中药对照组更为明显（P＜0.05）.结论 异痛消能改善子宫内膜异位症患者免疫学指标,可能通过此途径达到治疗效果.

The Effect of Yitongxiao on the Cellular Expression of EMAB and CA125 for Patients with Endometriosis

Objective To discuss the impact of Yitongxiao on the cellular expression of EMAB and CA125 for patients with endometriosis.Methods From the May of 2009 to the March of 2011, 150 cases of endometriosis were randomly divided treatment group and control group of Chinese Traditional Medicine.30 cases of women in healthy growth period were selected as blank group.Checking the the EMAB and CA125cellular express throughserum after 3 months of medical treatment, it was founded that both of the control group of Chinese Traditional Medicine and the treatment group have decreased the expression of EMAB and CA125 for patients with endometriosis. Compared with the control group of Chinese Traditional Medicine, the effect of treatment group is more obvious. Conclusion Yitongxiao could improve immunological indicators of organizations for patients with endonsetriosis so as to achieve the therapeutic effect.
