中药师开展中药临床药学服务探讨

目的:探讨中药师提供优质中药临床药学服务的有效途径和方法。方法:从开展中药临床药学服务的重要性和必要性进行分析,结合实践阐述中药临床药学工作的切入点和主要内容,明确实际工作中的难点以及应对策略。结果与结论:综合性医院的中药师以合理用药为核心开展中药临床药学工作,不仅可以为患者提供高质量的中药学服务,而且可以提高中药师的业务能力,促进中药临床药学的发展和药学服务水平的提升。

Exploration of TCM Clinical Pharmaceutical Care Provided by TCM Pharmacists

OBJECTIVE： To explore effective ways and methods of TCM clinical pharmaceutical care provided by TCM phar- macists. METHODS： By analyzing the importance and necessity of TCM clinical pharmaceutical care, combined with the practice of TCM clinical pharmacy, the starting point and main content were described, and difficulties and countermeasures were cleared and defined. RESULTS＆CONCLUSIONS： TCM pharmacists of general hospital carry out TCM clinical pharmacy using rational drug use as the core, which not only provide high quality pharmaceutical care for patients, but also improve professional qualifica- tion of TCM pharmacists and promote the development of TCM clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical care.
