胃癌晚期辨证治疗联合化疗改善患者生活质量80例

目的 观察汤剂辨证改善晚期胃癌化疗患者生存质量和中医症状的影响,以期为中医药治疗晚期胃癌患者提供临床借鉴.方法 随机将入组80例患者分为观察组和对照组,基于观察组患者的一般情况进行中医辨证分型,并在对照组的治疗基础上加用辨证汤剂,观察2组治疗前后的KPS评分、症状积分.结果 对照组患者治疗后的KPS评分较治疗前明显下降（P＜0.05）,并且乏力、纳差症状加重,治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,而且显示2组比较有显著差异.结论 个性化的中西药结合治疗有利于晚期胃癌患者生存质量的提高和中医症状的改善.

Clinical Study of Differentiation Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy Used for Quality of Life in 80 Cases of Advanced Gastric cancer patients

Objective To evaluate the quality of life and TCM clinical symptoms of agent dialectical decoction combined with chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer, this will provide a clinical reference for Chinese medicine treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients. Methods The 80 patients enroled were randomly divided into observation group and control group, based on the observation group patient＇s general admissions for TCM syndrome classification, and used agent dialectical decoction above the treatment of same level with control group, the changes in KPS score and TCM clinical syndromes were observed before and after treatment. Results The KPS score of control group＇s patients alier treatment was significantly decreased （P 〈0.05） and fatigue and anorexia symptoms was Aggravated, before and after treatment were statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05） , on the contrary, in the observation group before and after treatment was no significant differences （P〉 0.05） , the improving effect in observation group was better. Condusion Personalized medicine combination therapy in favor of survival in patients with advanced gastric cancer and improve the quality of life and clinical symptoms.
