摘    要:目的探讨躁狂症患者肾小球滤过率与血锂浓度的相关性。方法按照入组标准选择住院的躁狂症患者44例作为研究对象。治疗前检测体表面积、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血钠浓度等指标,同时根据肾脏病膳食改善(MDRD)方程估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)。在给予口服碳酸锂1.0 g/d治疗l周后测定稳态血锂浓度。对上述各项指标与血锂浓度的相关性进行分析。结果患者的稳态血锂浓度为0.3~1.2 mmoL/L,平均(0.58±0.20)mmoL/L。单因素分析显示,eGFR与血锂浓度呈负相关(r=-0.43,P=0.03)。结论 eGFR可作为临床个体锂盐代谢能力的预测指标之一。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) and blood lithium concentration in manic patients. Methods 44 manic patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects according to the recruited criteria. The body surface area, serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum sodium concentration were determined before treatment, and GFR was estimated according to the equation of the modification of diet in renal disease(MDRD). After 1- week treatment of oral lithium carbonate 1.0 g/d, the stable blood lithium concentration was detected. The above indexes and blood lithi- um concentration were performed the correlation analysis. Results The stable plasma lithium concentration was 0. 3- 1.2 mmol/L, average (0.58 ±0.20)mmol/L. The single factor analysis showed that eGFR was negatively correlated with blood lithium concentra- tion( r = -0. 43, P = 0.03 ). Conclusion The research results suggest that eGFR can be used as one of the predictors to evaluate the lithium metabolic ability.
