丁苯酞联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨丁苯酞联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法对本院收治的100例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予丁苯肽联合奥扎格雷钠进行治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上应用奥扎格雷钠进行治疗，对两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度及不良反应发生率进行对比分析。结果治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组，两组在治疗前后均未见明显不良反应。结论丁苯酞联合奥扎格雷钠在应用于治疗急性脑梗死方面安全、有效，值得推广应用。

Observation on curative effect of butylphthalide and sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, according to the different treatment methods were divided into the observation group and the control group, the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the given butylphthalide combined with sodium ozagrel in treatment, the control group on the basis of conventional therapy with sodium ozagrel treatment, the the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, the defect degree of the nervous function and adverse reaction rate for comparative analysis.Results Patients in treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, before and after the treatment in the two groups were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Butyphthalide combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe, effective, worthy of clinical application.
