| 摘 要： | 目的 :考察酮洛芬长效注射剂的稳定性。方法 :建立酮洛芬长效注射剂的含量测定方法 ,进行加速试验及室温留样试验 ,考察其外观、pH值、含量变化。结果 :本品对光稳定 ,对热稳定性较差。结论 :本品应置阴凉处保存。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the stability of long-acting injection of ketoprofen. Methods: The quantitative method of ketoprofen was established, and the appearance, pH and content were observed under the light, heat and low temperature stability tests and long inspecting test at room temperature. Results: The preparation was stable to light, but not stable at high temperature. Conclusions: The preparation should be preserved in cool place. |
