| 摘 要： | 目的：测定癫痫患者发作间期QT离散度（QAd)和心率较正QT离散度（QTcd)，并探讨其临床意义，方法：同步记录47例癫痫患者发作间期体表常规12导联心电图，计算机自动测量分析其QTt，并与30例健康者对照，结果：癫痫患者发作间期的QTd,QTcd明显延长（与对照组比较P＜0．01），且全身强直－阵挛性发作（GTCS）和复杂部分性发作（CPS）患者QTt,QTcd延长更明显，结论：癫痫患者发作间期QTt,QTcd的延长，可能与其发生心脏性猝死有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the clinical significance of the interictal dispersion (Qtd) and QTc dispersion (Qtcd) in patients with epilepsy.Methods:Twelve lead synchrony electrocardiograms(ECGs) were recorded in patients and 30 healthy controls.All ECGs were analysed for QTd and QTcd by computer.Results:QTd and QTcd were significantly increased in patients,compared with controls, especially in GTCS and CPS patients.Conclusions:The increase of QTd and QTcd was probably associated with cardiac sudden death. |
