143例肝病患者血清甘胆酸放免测定结果分析

本文对海南143例不同类型的肝病患者用放射免疫分析法（RIA）测定血清甘胆酸（SCG）水平，发现各肝病组SCG值均明显高于对照组（P＜0．001），且SCG升高的程度与肝脏病变的范围，程度密切相关。SCG与血清谷丙转氨酶（ALT）阳性检出率比较分别为94．14％，73．68％。前者明显高于后者，急性肝炎病人中SCG的变化与ALT呈正相关（r＝0．3148．P＜0．01），但SCG的阴转较ALT为慢，结果显示SCG在肝病诊断中有重要价值。

AN ANALYSIS OF THE RESULT OF SERUM CHOYGLYCINE DETECTED BY RIA IN 143 CASES WITH LIVER DISEASES

Tha serum cholyglycine (SCG ) of 143 cases with different Liver diseases were detected by RIA. The results showed that the average value of SCG in all patients of liver diseases were much higher than that of the control aroup (P<0. 001 ). The level of SCG qas related to the degree of seriousness of illness Comparaing the genaral positive rate of SCG with serum ALT,the former (SCG)was higher than the latter (ALT ). The genaral Positive rate were 94.14% and 73. 68% respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between the variation of SCG and ALT in Patinets with acute hepatitis (r = 0. 3148 p<0. 01 ). The declilie in SCG was slower than that in ALT during convalescence It indicates that SCG is helpful for diagnosis of liver diseases.
