| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce and evaluate the diagnostic value of double posterior cruciate ligament (PCL)sign in menisci bucket-handle tear of the knee.Methods:There were tatal 16 patients confirmd by operation, male 11 and female 5.The history was from 2 weeks to 3 years.MR imaging was performed on a 1.0T magnet.The imaging included SE sagittal T 1WI,T 2*WI and coronal T 1WI,T 2WI TSE images. Results:The double PCL sign was showed in all cases.The bucket-handle tear of media meniscus and the lateral meniscus was in 12 cases and 4 cases recpectively.Conclusion:The "double PCL"sign is a characteristic appearance of bucket-handle tear of the meniscus.It is very useful to confirm the diagnosis of this disease. |
