蛇床子素β-环糊精包合物的制备

摘    要:目的 研究蛇床子素 β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。方法 紫外分光光度法测定包合物中蛇床子素的含量 ,以包合物的包合率为考察指标优选蛇床子素β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。结果 主、客分子投料最佳配比1 :1 ,搅拌 6h,包合温度为 5 0℃为最佳包合条件 ,包合率为 71 .1 6%。结论 β-环糊精包合蛇床子素可以显著提高蛇床子素在水中的溶解度。

Abstract:Objective To determine the preparation procedure of β-cyclodextrin compound for osthol. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of osthol in inclusion compound, and the inclusion rate was used as the criteria of selection the optimal condition. Results The optimal conditions were as follows: the proportion of osthol and β-cyclodextrin was 1∶1, inclusion time was 6 h, inclusion temperature was 50℃. Under above conditions, the inclusion rate was 71.16%. Conclusions The solubility of osthol in β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was significantly increased.
