脉络宁对老年脑梗死康复期血液流变学和血流动力学的影响

目的 :研究老年脑梗死康复期血液流变学和脑血流动力学变化 ,探讨脉络宁的治疗作用。方法 :分别测定 34例老年脑梗死康复期血液流变学和大脑中动脉 (MCA)血流动力学参数 ,并与 30例健康老年人进行比较 ;观察脉络宁治疗作用。结果 :老年脑梗死康复期血液流变学参数均较健康老年组高 (P <0 .0 1) ,病侧MCA的峰流速 ,平均流速较健康老年组低 (P <0 .0 1)。脉络宁治疗后 ,血液流变学和血流动力学参数均有明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,临床有效率为 88.2 %。结论 :老年脑梗死康复期患者血液流变学和血流动力学参数仍有明显异常 ,脉络宁治疗对二者均有明显改善作用

Therapeutic effect of moluoning on hemorheology and hemodynamic abnormality of cerebral infarction in the elderly in the rehabilitation period

Objective To determine the hemorheologic and hemodynamic change of cerebral infarction in the elderly in the rehabilitation period and investigate the therapeutic effect of moluoning.Methods The hemorheology and hemodynamic parameters of 34 elderly patients with cerebral infarction and 30 healthly controls were measured. These patients with cerebral infarction were treated with moluoning injection. The hemorheology and hemodynamic parameters before and after the treatment were measured.Results The hemorheologic parameters of the cerebral infarction group were significantly higher those of the healthy elderly ( P <0.01). The peak velocity (Vp) and mean velocity (Vm) of MCA in the patients were significantly lower than those in the healthy controls. The Difference of Vp (DVp) and Difference of Vm (DVm) of MCA in the patients were significantly higher than those in the healthy controls. These parameters in patients after the treatment with moluoning had improved significantly. The clinical effective rate of moluoning was 88.2%.Conclusion Hemorheologic and hemodynamic parameters of infarction in the elderly during the rehabilitation have been obvious abnormal but improved after the treatment with moluoning.
