| 摘 要： | 本文报告42例痤疮患者血清睾酮及雌三醇测定的结果,男性患者雌三醇水平高于正常人对照组(P<0.05),女性患者血清睾酮水平高于正常人对照组(P<0.001),而女性痤疮患者血清雌三醇水平明显低于正常人对照组(P<0.001)。痤疮患者存在的内分泌紊乱,为治疗提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Serum tes tosterone and estriol levels of 42 patients with acne were detected. Serum estriol of male patients was higher than that of control group (p<0.05). Serum testosterone level of female acne patients was higher than that of control group (p<0.001). Serum estriol level of female ache patients was lower than that of control group (p<0.001).This endocrine abnormality of ache patients have provided a basis for treatment. |
