| 摘 要： | 目的对某医院骨科植入医疗器械知情同意书填写状况的调查,旨在规范植入医疗器械知情同意书填写。方法抽查某医院2012年1月-3月的终末病案,检查植入医疗器械知情同意书的填写情况。结果 2440份植入医疗器械知情同意书中,存在各种缺漏的达529份,其中部分知情同意书存在多项的缺漏。结论正确填写植入医疗器械知情同意书,具有重要的法律意义,并可以在规范耗材使用中发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the fll-in situation of implantable medical device informed consent and regulate the fill-in of implantable medical device informed consent. Methods Random inspection of terminal medical records from January 2012 to March 2012 was taken to understand the fill- in situation of implantable medical device informed consent. Results A total of 529 are defective among 2440 informed consents. More than one mistake has been found in some defective informed consents. Conclusion The correct FrU-in of informed consent has the important meaning of the law, and can play an important role in consumable usage standard. |
