选择性经胆囊管胆道造影在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床应用

目的探讨选择性经胆囊管胆道造影在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用价值。方法有选择性地对57例行腹腔镜胆囊切除的病人,在术中经胆囊管胆道造影,并对其临床资料进行分析。结果术中造影发现胆囊管变异10例（17.5%）,胆总管结石8例（14%）,中转开腹3例（5.3%）,无胆管损伤。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中选择性胆道造影可以避免胆囊残留、残留胆总管结石、胆管损伤,从而提高腹腔镜胆囊切除术的质量和安全性。

The Clinic Application of Selectivity Cholangiography by Cystic Duct in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To discuss the value application of selectivity cholangiography by cystic duct in laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）.Methods Analyzing clinic data of 57 sufferers that and have accepted the laparoscopic cholecystectomy and intra operative cholangiography by cystic duct.Results detecting 10 case of cystic duct heteromorphosis（17.5%） and 8 case of choledocholith（14.0%） by intra operative cholangiography by cystic duct.Three patients（5.3%） have accepted laparotomy anew.No one case have injury of biliary duct.Conclusions It is effective to avoid the injury of biliary duct and choledocholith of selectivity cholangiography by cystic duct.It is beneficial to improve the quality and security of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
