| 摘 要： | 本实验观察了双肼苯哒嗪、地塞米松和前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)对幽门结扎、冷拘束三小时大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤的影响。结果表明双肼苯哒嗪通过改善胃粘膜的血液供应,地塞米松可能通过增强应激能力,PGE_1则通过降低胃分泌,从而分别在不同程度上抑制了应激性胃粘膜损伤的发生。

| Abstract: | The incidence of stress ulcer has been reported to be very high among critical patients. Attempts in preventing its development have been made for many years, but none of them are considered to be very effective. In the present study, stress ulcer was produced in 84 rats by means of the 3 hour-cold restraining method. The pathological changes of the gastric mucosa and the gastric secretions before and after using dihydralazine, dexamethasone and PGE1 were observed and compared with those in the controlled group. The results showed that all these drugs did exert some preventive effect on the development of stress ulcer:dihydralazine through the effect of improving local blood supply of the gastric mucosa, dexamethasone through strengthening the defensive mechanism of the gastric mucosa and PGE1 through decreasing gastric secretions. |
