Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between cyclin-dependent protein kinase 5(CDK5)and gastric cancer immune infiltrating cells.Method Gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA)and single-sample gene set enrichment analysis(ssGSEA)were used to enrich and score the immune-related gene sets.The CIBERSORT website was used to score the immune cell components.A total of 36 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy were selected and their cancer tissues were used to detect the expression levels of CDK5 and CD8 by immunohistochemical(IHC)staining assay.Result Conclusion The number of infiltration of CD8+T lymphocytes and memory B lymphocytes in gastric cancer tissue were significantly less than that of adjacent tissues.Patients with high CDK5 expression got higher immune gene ennchment scores(especially for the parainflammation and antigen presenting cell co-stimulation gene-sets).CDK5 expression is positively corof CDK5 and CD274 had a higher overall survival rate.IHC results showed that the number of CD8+T lymphocytes infiltrated in the CDK5 high expression group was significantly more than that m the CDK5 low expression group(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of CDK5 in gastric cancer is related to the expression of CD274 and the infiltration of CD8+T lymphocytes,which may be involved in the immune escape of gastnc cancer.
