Analysis of preventive effect of compound thermal insulation management on intraoperative hypothermia in patients with liver cancer

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of compound thermal insulation management on intraoperative hypothermia in patients with liver cancer.Method According to the different intervention methods,the patients were divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=48).The observation group was treated with compound thermal insulation management,while the control group was treated with routine thermal insulation intervention.The body temperature was compared between the two groups when they entered the operating room,stopped using anaesthetic drugs,every 30 min after anesthesia,and at the end of the operation.The incidence of hypothermia,and prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and the levels of fibrinogen(FIB)before and 2 hours after operation,as well as the perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups.Result When entering the operating room,there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).The body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group when the anesthetic was stopped,at different time points after anesthesia and at the end of the operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia in the observation group was 5.00%(3/60),which was significantly lower than 83.33%(40/48)in the control group(P<0.01).After operation,the PT and APTT in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the level of FIB in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The tracheal extubation time and resuscitation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of shivering in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound thermal insulation management can effectively prevent intraoperative hypothermia,improve coagulation function and reduce the occurrence of shivering in patients with liver cancer.
