家属协同健康教育对肝癌手术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

目的探讨家属协同健康教育对肝癌手术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法将接受肝癌介入手术治疗的300例患者按治疗期间干预模式不同分为观察组(n=160,家属协同健康教育模式)和对照组(n=140,常规健康教育模式)。干预3个月后,比较两组患者心理状态、自我感受负担、遵医行为、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果干预后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)中的情感负担、照护负担及总评分均低于对照组,遵医行为量表各维度(规律用药、合理饮食、规范治疗、功能锻炼)评分、简明健康状态调查表(SF-36)各维度(生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、精力、精神健康、总体健康)评分均高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论对行肝癌手术患者实施家属协同健康教育,可有效减轻患者焦虑抑郁情绪,降低患者自我感受负担,提高患者遵医行为和生活质量,同时还能减少不良反应的发生。

Effect of family members'cooperative health education on mental status and quality of life for patients undergoing liver cancer surgery

Objective To explore the effect of family members’cooperative health education on mental status and quality of life for patients undergoing liver cancer surgery.Method A total of 300 patients undergoing interventional therapy for liver cancer were divided into the observation group(n=160,family members’cooperative health education)and control group(n=140,conventional health education).After 3 months of intervention,the mental status,self-feeling burden,medical compliance behavior,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-perceived burden scale(SPBS,including emotional burden,healthcare burden and total score)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the scores of compliance behavior scale(regular medication,reasonable diet,standard treatment,functional exercise)and the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)of quality of life scale(physiological function,role physical,body pain,social function,emotional function,energy,mental health,overall health)were higher than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The family members’cooperative health education for patients undergoing liver cancer surgery can effectively reduce patients’anxiety,depression and self-feeling burden,improve the medical compliance behavior and quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
