红鲫实验动物与本地鲫营养成分的比较

目的测定红鲫实验动物、本地鲫的含肉率及肌肉营养成分，为红鲫饲料科学配制提供参考依据。方法选用24尾1龄红鲫幼鱼、21尾1龄本地鲫幼鱼，按常规方法测定，并计算其能量和E／P值（能量蛋白比）。结果红鲫、本地鲫的含肉率为46．34％、55．83％；红鲫、本地鲫肌肉（鲜样）中分别含水分79．11％、81．41％，粗蛋白质12．47％、14、38％，粗脂肪6、95％、1．88％，粗灰分1.01％、1．32％，无氮浸出物0．47％、1．01％，能量5．65kJ/g、4．32kJ／g，E／P值（能量蛋白比）为45．32kJ/g、30．03kJ／g。结论红鲫实验动物与本地鲫含肉率及肌肉营养成分有一定差异。
