浙江省开展全科医学教育的实践探索

为全面贯彻落实卫生部关于发展全科医学教育的意见 ,我们认真学习全科医学理论 ,落实浙江省全科医学教育实践的计划。以开展全科医师规范化培训试点为工作重点 ,制定了培训计划、教学计划 ,明确了培训目标、培训对象、培训方法、考核、配套政策等 ,同时加强临床实践与注重师资素质。同时还开展了全科医学岗位培训 ,成立了 11个地市级全科医学教育培训分中心 ,全省将统一教材、统一教学大纲、统一试卷、统一考试。为加强医学院校在校学生的全科医学及社区卫生服务思想的教育 ,开设了全科医学基础理论课程。另外还开展了乡村医生的全科医学知识培训。在全科医学教育实践同时 ,注重全科医学学术交流与科研。目前有待解决的问题是 :临床教学基地的工作开展不平衡 ;尚无全科医师晋升条例 ,应尽快建立并实行

The practice of general practice education in Zhejiang province

According to the policy guideline on development of general practice education set up by the Ministry of Health,we have carried out the general practice education and training program in Zhejiang province.The program consists of four parts:(1)residency training,in this aspect,we have developed training curriculum and teaching plan,including goals,subjects,methods,assessment and related policies,the clinical practice and the quality of trainers have been emphasized.(2)In-service training:under the provincial center,11 sub-centers were established in each municipalities,the in-service training for physicians was carried out in municipal sub-centers,but the curriculum,teaching materials,test papers and examinations are uniformly set by the provincial center.(3)Under graduated teaching:a course of basic theory and practice of family medicine is given to undergraduate students in the medical school.(4)General practice training for village doctors:at the same time,the operational research and academic exchanges on general practice education are also carried on in the province.There are still some problems facing the general practice education needed to be solved:the clinical and community teaching sites should be strengthened;the promotion system of family physicians should be worked out soon.
