HBV感染血清学标志物少见模式病人血清中PreS1抗原的检测及分析

目的 检测HBsAg阳性的血清学少见模式PreS1抗原，观察各少见模式PreS1抗原检出情况，探讨各少见模式PreS1抗原与HBeAg和HBV-DNA的相关性。方法 采用ELISA和荧光定量PCR等方法分别对6种HBsAg阳性的血清学少见模式PreS1抗原及HBV-DNA进行检测。结果 6种HBsAg阳性的血清学少见模式PreS1抗原检出率不同，HBeAg阳性的少见模式PreS1抗原检出率较高，阳性率介于83．3％～90．0％；而HBeAg阴性的少见模式PreS1抗原检出率较低，阳性率介于21．4％～50．0％。各少见模式PreS1抗原检出率与HBeAg及HBV-DNA有较好的相关性。结论 HBeAg阳性的血清学少见模式PreS1抗原检出率与HBeAg存在与否密切相关，PreS1抗原阳性提示少见模式血清存在HBV感染或活动性复制。

The Determination and Analysis of PreS1 Antigen in Patient with Infrequent Serological Patterns of HBV Infection

Objective To measure the PreS1 antigen in infrequent serological patterns of HBV infection and explore the correlation between PreS1 antigen and other serological markers of HBV and HBV-DNA in patient with infrequent serological patterns of HBV. Methods The PreS1 antigen and HBV-DNA in six infrequent serological patterns of HBV infection were determined by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique respectively. Results There was different positive rate of PreS1 antigen in six infrequent patterns, where there was a higher positive rate of PreS1 antigen in HBeAg-positive patterns ,with results between 83.3% and 90.0%, while there was a lower positive rate in HBeAg-negtive ones, with results between 21.4% and 50.0%,and there was well correlation between preS1 antigen and HBeAg and HBV-DNA. Conclusions The results indicated that PreS1 antigen is a useful serum marker in assessing infrequent serological pattern of HBV infection, showing a possibility of hepatitis B virus reproduction in PreS1 antigen-positive patterns.
