摘    要:目的 优选水提湘A-2号的提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷含量、浸膏得率为评价指标,高效液相色谱法定量。采用正交设计试验法,探讨水提湘A-2号的浸泡时间(A)、加水量(B)、提取时间(C)等最优工艺参数。结果:水提最佳提取工艺条件为浸泡时间0.5h、加水量分别为12倍量和10倍量、提取时间分别为2.5h和2.0h。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行,适合于工业化生产,为湘A-2号颗粒制剂的研究奠定基础。
