| 摘 要： | 目的:调查慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者社会支持现状,寻求相应的护理对策.方法:采用随机抽样方法抽取2007年1月～2008年12月收治COPD患者100名作为观察组,采用肖水源的社会支持评定量表进行调查,并随机选取100名健康居民为对照组进行比较.结果:观察组社会支持总分、主观支持、支持利用度平均得分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:护士应全面评估患者的社会支持状况,强化和拓展患者现有的社会支持网络,有效地利用现有的社会资源,为患者营造一种正向的具有支持性的社会环境,提高患者的社会支持水平,从而提高其生活质量.
