颅骨软骨肉瘤的临床表现和CT诊断价值

目的：探讨颅骨软骨肉瘤的CT诊断价值。材料和方法：收集了经手术、病理证实的4例，分析其临床及CT表现。结果：4例起源于颅骨，其中3例发生于颅底，临床表现与颅神经、脑质结构受压或受侵以及颅内压增高有关。CT检查所有肿瘤均见等或略低密度软组织，并含有钙化。结论：颅骨软骨肉瘤CT检查有一定的特征性，可以作出正确的术前诊断。

The clinical and CT analysis of chondrosarcoma of skull

Purpose:To study CT diagnostic value of chondrosarcoma of skull. Materials andmethods: Four cases confirmed by operation and pathologic examination;clinical manifestation andCT findings were analysed. Results:Four cases originated from the skull,three of which arisedfrom the base;The clinical manifestations were concerned with the compression or erosion of cranial nerves and brain structures,and intracranial hypertension. In CT scan, all tumors presentedisodense or light lowdensity soft tissues and contained calcifications. Conclusion:Correct diagniosis of chondrosareoma of skull could be made on the basis of some CT characteristics.
