| 摘 要： | 目的：为进一步提高对晚期肺癌的临床治疗效果。材料和方法：本文对20例晚期肺癌行支气管动脉与肺动脉双重插管化疗，对造影资料和临床效果进行回顾性分析。结果：双重介入治疗完全缓解（CR）2例占10％，部分缓解（PR）16例占80％，缩小25％左右（NC）2例占10％。结论：本研究结果提示各种组织细胞类型的晚期肺癌应行支气管动脉与肺动脉双重介入治疗。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To observe the effect of treatment in advanced lung carcinoma. Materialsand methods: 20 patients with double interventional therapy of bronchial and pulmonary arteries(BAI and PAI) were analysed. Results:The effective ratio of BAI and PAI(CR. PR and NC) was10%, 80%, 10%. Conclusion: The combined treatment effects of BAI and PAI were better thanBAI in advanced lung carcinoma. |
